Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to TheMirosoft Refund Policy. For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if TheMirosoft has not resolved a single issue within the first 30 days of the subscription. If one or more issues have been resolved, the subscription fees will not be refundable. However, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis, TheMirosoft may agree to a refund of subscription fees after deducting charges for services rendered.

For incident-based plans, you will be eligible for a refund under the following criteria:

  1. You have all the prerequisites required to resolve the problem.
  2. The issue was not resolved while the account was active.
  3. 30 days have not passed since the issue was last addressed by a TheMirosoft technician.

Service Plans:

You may order services by submitting Plan Orders through TheMirosoft website or by calling TheMirosoft. Upon acceptance of the Plan Order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once a Plan Order is accepted, you will have a Service Plan.

Undertaking:

Subject to the Terms and Conditions and other terms specific to each Service Plan, TheMirosoft will address your queries using commercially reasonable efforts to provide appropriate solutions. TheMirosoft may attempt problem diagnosis and solution through chat, email, or other means, including remote access. You understand that if remote access is used, no residual software will remain on your computer, though a text file may be placed for reference.

Payment:

Services against any Plan Order will be available once payment is made according to the Plan Order requirements. Failure to make payments may result in TheMirosoft not rendering services. Payment may be on an annual basis (“Annual Payment Plan”) or on a monthly basis (“Recurring Payment Plan”). All payments under the Annual Plan shall be made upfront at the beginning of the subscription cycle. For Recurring Payment Plans, an additional non-refundable Activation Fee may be charged at registration.

Third-Party Agreements:

TheMirosoft may suggest third-party services. Your use of any such services is subject to the terms of service of the third-party service provider. Violation of their terms may result in termination of your customer account and use of service by TheMirosoft.

Limited-Service Warranty:

TheMirosoft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, Materials, and Software. The 7-day limited-service warranty applies to specific plans and is subject to fulfillment of plan terms.

Limitation of Liability:

TheMirosoft’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by you under the relevant Plan Order.

Term and Termination:

TheMirosoft may terminate or suspend service immediately without notice under certain conditions outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Severability and Waiver:

If any provision of the Terms of Service is held invalid, other provisions remain in force. TheMirosoft’s failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

No Offer:

TheMirosoft website may contain references to products or services not available internationally. Such references do not imply availability.

Modification:

TheMirosoft reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on the website or by sending information regarding amendments to your email address.
